Stroll to the Spaza Shop plays on the title of Stanley Glasser's 'Walk to the Country Store' from his own collection of piano pieces titled 'Bric à brac'. 'Strollingly' music in 3/4 time enfolds a faster middle 4/4 section, all using a five-note scale on D, so that once again the hands do not have to change position.
